Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing Time:
    We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days except the ones include pre-order items. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands, and 3 to 10 business days to rest of the EU destinations, and 7-15 business days outside of EU . Delivery schedules may be influenced by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or global health crises.

  2. Pre-Ordered Items:
    Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped together with in-stock products once the pre-ordered items arrive. All items are authentic and shipped in sealed packaging when applicable. 

  3. Customs & Import taxes:
    Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and are collected by your local customs authority.
  4. Tracking Your Order:
    A confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. This number can be used to track the parcel's journey on our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to be displayed.

  5. Shipping Rates and Options:
    Shipping costs will be calculated upon weight and size at check out. We offer flat rate shipping for contiguous Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Romania and Portugal. Free shipping is offered on orders over €99 within the Netherlands, €120 to BE, and €199 for the rest of the EU

  6. Address Accuracy:
    Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of order placement. We strive to accommodate address corrections within a narrow window post-order placement. Immediate notification via the Shopify inbox is required should an error in the address be identified.

  7. Returns:
    Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs to our Store. For detailed guidance on returns, please refer to our Refund Policy.

  8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    Our Store is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen following delivery confirmation. Should your tracking information suggest that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim with the designated shipping carrier listed on our Tracking Page. For further assistance, contact our customer support team via the Shopify inbox.
