All the in-stock items will be shipped next day from the Netherlands and normally takes 2-10 business days to arrive depend on the country of destination. Pre-order items delivery time is around 15-20 business days.

Shipping costs will be determined based on weight and size at checkout. We provide flat-rate shipping to most countries in continental Europe. Free shipping is offered on orders over €99 within the Netherlands, €120 to BE, and €199 for the rest of the EU.

We provide DHL, UPS and Mondail Relay shipping in Europe.

You can cancel your order before the shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.
