🎃 Spooky-Cute Halloween Gift Guide: The Best Gothic Blind Boxes for 2026
Halloween is the one time of year when everyone else finally catches up with the gothic cutie. Skulls, witches, bats and moonlit forests are suddenly everywhere, and the friend who has been dressing in black all year is, for once, right on trend.
If you're looking for a Halloween gift that feels more personal than a bag of sweets, blind boxes are the answer. Each one is a small, sealed mystery: you know the series, but not which character is waiting inside. That little moment of suspense before the reveal is about as Halloween as a gift can get.
We've picked our favourite spooky-cute collectibles from the Gothic Cutie Gifts collection, grouped by the kind of Halloween fan you're shopping for. Everything below is in stock at Fifilandtoys right now.
🕯️ Why blind boxes make the perfect Halloween gift
A good Halloween gift should be a little bit of a trick and a little bit of a treat. Blind boxes are both. The trick is the surprise: nobody knows which figure they'll pull until the box is open. The treat is what's inside: beautifully sculpted art toys and soft plush pendants that stay on a shelf or a bag long after the pumpkins have gone.
They're also easy to buy for. Most single boxes sit between €19 and €40, they fit in a trick-or-treat bucket, and they work for a costume party swap, a spooky advent-style countdown, or a "happy Halloween" surprise for your partner or best friend.
💀 For the SKULLPANDA devotee
SKULLPANDA is the queen of dark, dreamy art toys, and every series tells its own eerie story. If your gift recipient already collects, a new series is always welcome. If they don't, this is the perfect place to start.
- SKULLPANDA The Feast Begins Series (€22.99) – a gothic banquet of a series that feels made for Halloween night.
- SKULLPANDA Image of Reality Series (€22.99) and The Sound Series (€22.99) – moody, surreal figures with serious display value.
- SKULLPANDA The Paradox Series (€19.99) – the most affordable way into SKULLPANDA.
- SKULLPANDA Petals in Four Acts (€24.99) – for the romantic goth who likes a little bloom with their darkness.
- SKULLPANDA You Found Me! Plushie Pendant (€39.99) – a soft plush version to clip onto a bag for the whole spooky season.
🖤 For the Wednesday Addams at heart
You know the one: deadpan expression, black collar, secretly very soft. The SKULLPANDA × Wednesday Plushie Pendant (Nevermore Academy Uniform Version) (€39) is the obvious pick here, and it's not a blind box, so you know exactly which design they're getting. We only have a few left, so don't wait until the last week of October.
🧙♀️ For the witchy one
Crystals on the windowsill, tarot deck in the bag, a strong opinion about moon phases. These series lean into witches, spells and forbidden rituals:
- NINITA Witch Revelation Series (€19.99) – nine little witches, each with her own magical look. An easy, affordable Halloween favourite.
- Lilith Forbidden Covenant Series Plush Pendant (€22.99) – dark, dreamy plush pendants with a mysterious, gothic-lolita edge.
- KUROMI Daylight and Moonlight Dreams Series (€18.99) – Sanrio's resident bad girl in a moonlit series, perfect for the friend who is half kawaii, half goth.
🌙 For the Hirono fan who wanders after dark
Hirono's quiet, melancholy characters have a haunting quality that suits autumn perfectly.
- Hirono After Dark Series Night Light Charm (€29.99, pre-order) – a glowing charm for long October nights.
- Hirono After Dark Series Plush Doll Pendant (€34.99, pre-order) – the plush companion to the night light series.
- Hirono Mist-Walker Series Plush Doll Pendant (€34.99) – in stock now, and as foggy and atmospheric as the name suggests.
- Hirono Living Wild – Fight for Joy Plush Doll (€39) – a larger plush for a proper centrepiece gift.
Note: pre-order items ship once stock arrives, so check the product page for timing if you need it before 31 October.
🌲 For the lover of creepy-cute creatures
Not every gothic cutie wants skulls. Some prefer strange little creatures from dark forests and nightmares.
- Maymei Dark Forest Series (€24.99) – moody forest spirits, ideal for a Halloween gift.
- Maymei Kitten Academy Series (€24.99) – because every witch needs a black cat.
- SiiNONO Whispers of Ta Series Plush (€24.99) – whispery, mysterious plush friends.
- Nyssa Bizarre Nightmare Series 1/12 BJD (€24.99) – a poseable action figure doll straight out of a strange dream. Great for collectors who love to style and photograph their figures.
